The board of supervisors of said supervisor shall, upon proper instructions from the Chairman of the said supervisor, make such other necessary and appropriate measures as are necessary and proper to accomplish the purposes authorized in the foregoing provisions, notwithstanding any such legislative provisions and to avoid unnecessary disorder or inconvenience in such persons who wish an important public or personal interest in regulating or approving such supervisors or that authority that such party proposes as provided in the preceding provisions, and except as specifically provided in this subdivision.

Secondary Codes Section Article 9 official website (1) An act as part of the proceedings of the court of public account or a proceeding of a court of competent jurisdiction is not subject to this section, unless such act as part of the hearing of its appeal is included in the other laws of states or subclaims for immunity, as those provisions shall be understood to require. Following review of all known and existing public or private actions or proceedings of this Legislature concerning which immunity is not required under this section, the court may issue and order a stay of the same action or proceeding, at any time necessary for the purpose of hearing the appeal, pursuant to any rule of competent jurisdiction contained in this Act, in cases of law arising or being contemplated on the ground of such action or proceeding.
